The marshalls drops fuel rack was developed for the UK MoD to provide a self contained, stand alone dispenser of a wide range of vehicle and aviation fuels. The 12,000 litre fuel tank has internal baffling and a low centre of gravity to enhance handling characteristics during transport and deployment.
The fuel rack and pumping system with a new diesel engine is enclosed within a framework incorporating welded steel ISO castings. These units can be used by vehicles with a mult-ilift handling system or vehicles with flat bed bodies with twist locks for 20ft containers.
